User Responsibilities
- Use the 20w50 platform for lawful and permitted purposes only.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Not to attempt to seize, hack, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
- Not to transfer or share account access with any third party.
- Ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimately owned by the user and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud, identity falsification, or misuse of platform promotions and bonuses.
- Holding multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the rewards system.
- Distributing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activities through the 20w50 platform.
- Using platform information for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 20w50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods, including local online banking and approved e-wallets. 20w50 does not accept payments through unrecognised or unverified methods.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date. Any payment delays or failures resulting from incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility. 20w50 reserves the right to hold processing on suspicious transactions until the user's identity has been verified.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may be updated from time to time. All decisions regarding completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed unless a technical error is verified by 20w50.

Account Suspension and Closure
20w50 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be held pending investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons have the right to request a review from the 20w50 support team within 30 days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
